A natal chart is a map of the sky at a moment of birth; for a market instrument, its launch or first trading date.
What it is
A natal chart freezes the positions of the planets at one moment, seen from one place. Astrologers use it as the fixed reference against which later movements of the planets, transits, are read.
Charts for instruments
Financial astrology gives charts to companies, currencies and coins: the incorporation date, the first trade, the genesis block. AstroFinex keeps a verified birth moment for every instrument it covers and leaves out instruments whose birth cannot be verified.
